Last week we had NBN installed. Voicemail was automatically put onto our landline even though we did not request it. We use an answering machine. We have asked twice for it to be removed by Optus but it is still linked. Is there any way I can delete this feature myself?
Hi @Healthmont, you'll need to contact us to remove the voicemail feature from your service. At this stage, it's not something that you can do via self-serve.
It's a really simply request. I'd jump onto Live Chat → Personal → Home phone, Broadband & NBN → General & Billing. Let us know how it all goes.
