Ive just spent 15 minutes on hold trying to talk to whoever manages my account.

Please call ASAP on *hidden* to explain to my why I shouldn't transfer all my connections to Vodafone. Extremely disappointed you sold my details to a reseller.

If you post details (like your phone number) in a public forum then there available for anyone to use. I'd suggest editing your post to remove it (no Optus employee will call you direct anyway). Phone contact can take a long time soI'd suggest you start with LIVECHAT online here as its usually quicker to get through to someone.
