My service has been restored after restrictions, but I can't access internet

I had restrictions due to an unpaid bill.  However I am still getting Servicenet and it is telling me the password is wrong in my modem. I've rebooted and also performed a factory reset then checked that the factory password is in my Wifi settings. 

 

I have a Sagem F@st Modem router. My landline service is not restricted any more.

 

Any idea what might be wrong in my settings?
