How do I get it to work?

Ok so I have just purchased Optus sport and it’s has gone through and it works my fine on my phone. However when I tried to connect to my gen 4 apple tv it kept saying I need to upgrade to premium. I have deleted the app and re downloaded and i have removed all devices as well but it still won’t work? Any help on the subject would be much appreciated.
