Error 403

You don't have permission to access /my-account on this server

 

I notice others have this problem. I am using an Optus Mobile Modem here. 

 

Still trying to log in to check usage and other details.

Any ideas would be great

Hi @TheBlob,  we've recently performed upgrades to your My Account service, although I'm not absolutly certain this issue seems to have arisen after the fact. The issue is impacting a number of customer logins. Our IT support team are aware of the situation and we're working on a fix.
