I have spoken to Optus on at least 6 occasions to firstly change my plan and return my Fetch Box. The last call on the 6th of December 2018 was to a girl called "marina" who was going to organise everything. Good I thought. However, nothing has happened and I spoke with Carl last who was going to fix it all up. Nothing. Optus must be the worst people to deal with and their staff all tell you conflicting stories.
