So.. i transfered my sim only plan from amaysim to optus. I use to be with optus 5 years ago. I am now back with optus. When ever i call up, i get asked for my phone number and they all tell me this number is not active... so then i get passed around to 3 or 4 different people... then i give up.
Anyone else had this issue when moving back to optus with same number?
I've seen this effect before, on someone who joined 4G broadband. Bit annoying, because there is no way to see the usage.
