I set a call diversion via the keypad (**21*etc) on my mobile phone. Now I want to cancel it but I get an error message:
"Error performing request unknown error
Setting registration failed
Voice Call Forwarding
On All Calls
Data Call Forwarding
Fax Call Forwarding
On All Calls"
I get the same message if I just try to check the diversion (*#21#).
The number I've diverted to is now overseas and incurring roaming costs, so this matter is now quite pressing.
Can anyone help, please?
Have you tried managing your diversions via My Account or the My Optus App?
