Why does optus treat its customers with such disdain?
Why does optus choose to close the recharge app when there is no alternative for those customers on a sim data only option?.
Why do we get bullshit replies from reprsentatives saying there are other options when those other options are only for those customers with phone & data plans?
We want to be able to monitor our data not just recharge
