Hi @mowide, that should be good to almost immediately.
However, for a bit of peace of mind - I'd suggest the following:
Open your My Optus application
Tap on service, that's the second option from the left-hand side
Tap Service settings, that's right underneath where your name is displayed
Tap Mobile TV streaming, confirm if it's been activated
If it hasn't been activated, simple tap on activate

Did you sign up for that one online? Was there an option to select $0.00 Mobile TV streaming when booking out the order? It's very easy fix. I'd suggest jumping onto Live Chat
