How long dose it take optus to send out a satchel so that I can send back the optus foxtel box, I closed the account on 11/11/2018
which took 3 trys to do, then they said the satchel would be sent within 4-10 days Now its feb and still no satchel. Tried the online chat only to be told to call foxtel. and just kept going around and around felt like i was in an abbott and costelo movie "who on first"
how can I get this escalated

It's our responsibility to organise a return satchel for the set top box.
