password reset fetch

my parental control password for fetch box has reset by itself, I wish to rectify this as soon as possible please

When you say reset -  do you mean to the factory default (which is 0000)?
Or do you mean that you don't know what it is?

Give the factory default  a try first.  If it doesn't work,  I think that you need to have it reset remotely.  You would be best to try the Messaging service  from My Optus App.  Be aware that they are running a couple of days behind due to COVID19. 

If you didn't want to wait, then you could do a hard reset to return to factory default.
