Hey @Rosey87 - thanks for getting in touch. Can you please try the following steps?
1. Please update your Optus Sport app to the latest version.
2. Please force close your Optus Sport App.
2. Open the application.
3. Attempt to play a piece of content to bring up the upgrade purchase screen.
4. If the content does not play select ‘Restore Purchase’ in the top right of the screen. This step may ask you to enter your iTunes credentials. Please note, you will not be double charged on iTunes.
5. This will restore your subscription and you will now be able to access your premium content.
