Hi Juddith,

Optus will send out a replacement on request (you don't own the Fetch box as it is on lease and Optus will keep you with a working unit.) You should also request a return satchel as Optus will give you one to send the broken unit back in - note you don't need to send it back in the cardboard box, just the remote, power and fetch unit is all that's needed.

You don't say how it is not working properly but you could try a soft reset and if that doesn't work a hard reset. The later will delete any recordings on the unit. You will need to rescan channels for either option:
