fetch box de activated

Thanks Optus, when porting my phone number they also wiped out all my emails and all my recordings on my fetch box.....without a word of warning....incompetence personified........ they sent me a notice that my service would be shut down on 14/02/2020 so I  set about transferring downloads from my fetch box to my dvr, I was only halfway through when on 11/02/2020 they took it upon themselves to terminate my service without any warning.

All attempts to have my fetch box reconnected were met with utter contempt....


Only 3 days until I would be shot of Optus for all time, they still had to do the wrong thing for one last time....great way to treat a long suffering customer of some 25 years.
