faulty mighty fetch stb

Hi

I am a new customer received my mighty stb and its faulty, I messaged Optus over two weeks ago and they said they were going to send me a new one and it would take 24-48 hrs to get it and also I would get a satchel to return the faulty box, I have not received anything from them, the local optus shop is so busy and a waiting queue is long, I am paying for fetch TV and able to watch it.

 

please advise
