I have tried all morning to access Britbox, I have the code which I have entered but still cannot get in ,
your site makes a relatively simple operation a very difficult challenge,
Can I suggest you get the tech people to have a rethink on this ???

Hi @reme, thanks for bringing this to our attention. We're sorry you're having issues with accessing Bitbox. Can you please confirm you have tried the following steps?
(Please note: This app is only for Fetch boxes. Not available on Fetch Mobi.)
1) Menu > Apps > All
2) From this point, you will find a login screen giving you the option to either create an account or sign in with an existing account.
