Thanks at least for replying. I'm not on Facebook/Twitter. Last week it took 2 days to get Optus to understand that I had a Fetch box as part of my plan. I had to ask them when this would come and only got a response when I threatened to take the issue to the ombudsman. Now all I want is the activation code and I'm confronting the same unbelievably bad service!!
