World Cup Data Usage?

Hi all,

I can't get the live chat working so I'm asking here. I'm a mobile broadband customer, and the Optus Sports package is included in my plan. I have watched the EPL services previously without my usage being affected but the world cup is causing my usagfe to go up. Why is this?

I can't find a definitive answer.

Where are you monitoring your usage? The phone? The optus App? My Account? Data usage breakdown?

I'm monitoring via the website, plus I have warning emails about approaching my monthly quota. Very annoying to only be able to watch the rest of the cup via the app.
