I just signed with Optus yesterday, and was excited to check out Optus Sport App to watch the Football.
So I signed in using the prompts via email, tried to watch Optus Sport 1, only to find it requires Premium Sub.
Being an Optus Customer, I am eligable, right? However, when I follow the on-screen prompts to register/Sub, I'm told that "..an Optus Sport Account already exists.."
Well, der. Nowhere does it prompt for Premium Sub, or give me the option to.
Maybe I'll switch to Telstra.
