When I try to check my eligibility for Optus Sport it keeps telling me "We've encountered a problem

When I go to check my eligibilty for Optus Sport it keeps telling me "We've encountered a problem. You can also add optus sport from my account". I have checked on my account and it says optus sport is active but I don't have a login for optus sport, how do I get one?

@ncsmith, we may have created your login at point of sale.

 

Can I get you to head to the Optus Sport landing page? 

 

https://sport.optus.com.au/

 

Click the 'I can't login,' tab. Enter your primary email address (whatever you used before joining Optus i.e. Gmail, Outlook etc). 

 

If your login has been set up, we'll send you an email with a link to reset your password.
