What is the deal with this update? It has been "updating" for over an hour now. Does anyone know if it is meant to take this long? Is anyone else having problems?

I pulled the power a few times, restated the box and that got it going :-)

2.22 Heathcote forced itself on roughly 6 hours ago. Despite numerous restarts via power cut still no success

it froze when I tried to update SBS login and now when I’m trying to reboot the box it just keeps freezing and I will try a soft reboot in a few hours when the box has had a chance to calm down!

After a 30 minute wait doing nothing your suggestion to pull the plug out worked first time.
