Unable to connect to fetch tv

We are having trouble with our fetch box. It tells us that we have internet connectivity but no service connectivity. We have tried a soft reset and still get the same problem. However due to us doing the soft reset, we can’t get back to the main menu.

What's the exact wording of the error prompt?


You're not being asked to enter an activation code, are you?
