Stuck in "initialising" screen


Fetch was set up, then turned off the unit and everything else. Later came back and the screen is stuck on "initialising"-waited for ages. Checked allover online. No help. Can anyone help. We really waited a LONG LONG time-it was going nowhere. There is a red light on the Powerline adapter  and I think this indicates slow broadband speed-could this be the problem. We have checked everything multiple times. Set up is correct.

Hey cg - how has the service been performing over the last week or so? Are you still experiencing the issues you've posted? Let me know so I can look into this further for you if need be.
