So over our Fetch Tv saying streaming issues, pausing, even on Netflix. Run diagnostic tests and everything is fine??? Restart box constantly still does not help!!!

Have you tested your internet connection as many streaming issues are caused by slow or erratic connections. What sort of speeds are you getting?

Hmm I was running Netflix on 1.5 and you have 38.2. Is it running wired or wireless?

Wireless, Able to start viewing then picture goes fuzzy and then pauses like it's buffering. Then a pop up comes up saying that it can't play this program at this time please try again later. Same thing with Fetch programs but it says streaming issues or multiple devices using broadwidth.

Would it be a hassle to test it wired and have you tried your Netflix on a pc or laptop to see if does the buffering thing?

Upload is 1.25, yeah data point is in another room so it's a hassle. Haven't tried on laptop as it is getting repaired at the moment. Wondering if they slow it down on purpose at this time as our bill is due tomorrow lol.

Certainly your speed is ok but that does not tell us anything about congestion nor how many people are using your connection and for what. Im always suspicious of WiFi because it can be interfered with so it would have been good to test the box wired. Unless you can test a good hd stream on another device it's hard to point the finger at your connection. For all we know maybe the box is a dud and needs replacing.
