So confused


So it says I have free data to watch Nexflix & presto but how do I know it's activated & how to cancel my old membership with Netflix? I'm new to being on a plan?

Hi @Ladoooosh,

You should be able to confirm whether Steaming Video is activated in My Account (go to the 'entertainment' tab), and if it's not active you can activate it there.


This feature doesn't allow you to watch Netflix for free though - it just means if you stream Netflix shows to your mobile, you won't incur data charges. You still need to have a seperate Netflix account in order to use it though.
