Hopefully this reaches someone at Optus. I closed my internet account with Optus early October. I have asked a couple of times can i get a satchel to return the fetch unit as i am assuming i will get charged for it if it doesn't get returned.
Does Optus want this back and how can i get this sorted as I prefer not to waste my time again with someone over the phone.
We're happy to get this organised for you from our end. There is a $200.00 fee if the set top box isn't returned to us within 30 days of cancelling your Fetch service.
