There are two threads (at least) that highlight a problem of English Premier League On Demand Replay. The Problem is a repetitve freeze/pause during the stream. This problem is widespread (>1600 respondents) and has been happening since the EPL service began in August 2016. The Yes Crowd seem to ask the same questions, ie is your internet OK, have you rebooted the Fetch box, etc
My question, where is the resolution?
Optus cannot keep pointing the finger at the user community and requesting that they check their systems.
It is systemic and is being ignored, otherwise the problem would not continue to be reported.
Is it going to be fixed before the 3 year EPL tenure ends??
