If your remote has been lost or damaged (accidental or otherwise), contact us and we’ll issue a replacement. The new remote will be sent to your preferred mailing address within 5-business days.
Please note: Replacement remotes will incur a $29.95 remote charge. This will be charged to your next Optus bill.
If you’re eligible for a replacement under warranty, we’ll issue a replacement remote within 5-business days. You will not be charged a remote replacement fee.
