Purchased Fetch content dissapeared

As of today all our purchased fetch content (eg movies, tv shows) have disappeared when trying to access from the fetch box. This is not really good enough as we paid for this content. Is this a known issue today?

This isn't a known issue, however I'd recommend filling this form out here → https://offer.optus.com.au/faultreport/individual/. A technician will investigate this for you.
