I've purchased 2 movies via Fetch, both have downloaded but when I go to play it only comes up with two options:
Start and Trailer
Although the movies have downloaded, when I select 'start' the message "starting download" appears above the faded play button.
I've switched off the box, restarted the box and done a soft reset during which a software update was applied.
After 10 minutes, the faded 'play' button reverts to 'start'.
What is happening and how do I fix it.
The set top box is the Fetch 2 - non wifi

Thanks for the response, I solved the issue by doing a Factory Reset. I lost all the settings for my favourite shows but no big deal, I can choose new shows.
I'm about to have a great Sunday afternoon.
