I'm trying to return my Fetch TV box. I've asked for a return bag 4 times confirming the address each time. It has never arrived.
I've spoken with people on the phone, on live help and now I get a txt saying if I don't return it within 30 days I will get charged $150.
This has taken hours of my time. Please tell me how to return it. This is so frustrating - the satchel never turns up - I need another method or address.
Somethings obviously not working.
Don't worry about the $150, if its applied it will be refunded once the box is returned.
I suggest you give them a new address (your neighbour, work, Mum?)
