This is now your second season in control of the EPL and it appears you are yet to correct any issues that arose last time around.
Will be lodging a complaint with consumer watchdogs if this occurs again as you consistently cannot provide a serivce you are charging people for, yet alone actually acknowledge or explain what the 'errors' may be.
