Hi all, I have fetch tv running via powerline adaptors as modem is upstairs and fetch tv is downstairs. 2 days ago the powerline adaptors just seemed to stop working and no longer connect to transmit internet connectioon. Have reset them and tried in the same room and that seems to work but no good when I try tpo connct to fetch tv downstairs. Any ideas?

Testing in the same room is good idea. Perhaps try a couple of other rooms? Do the LED lights say they are connected or not?
If they appear broken then Optus need to arrange for a return (perhaps try a shop) and replacement.
