Very frustrated with pixellation on SBS and Channel 7 through the Fetch box. Watching the TV stand alone - all channels give fantastic pictures. Have tried changing all the cables and connections. Have tried rescanning the channels. Am now out of ideas and in need of help!!
I'm having exactly the same problem. Like you, I have checked cables, I already have a booster on my antenna, pictures are perfect on all my TV's. As soon as I plug in the antenna cord to the Fetch, channels won't scan in or are pixelated. I have rung Fetch support, and they got me to do the usual hard reset, rescans, but no difference. Then they tell me this is an ongoing problem and rest assured they will fix it soon. From everything I've read online, this has been going on for months with no solution in sight. C'mon Optus, get your act together, this is atrocious.
