Hi, I was just wondering if anyone pays for their Spotify Premium via their Optus account.
Apparently you can do so (and there is an option on the Spotify website), but everytime I try I keep getting a message saying 'My subscription has been cancelled". Has anyone encountered this error trying to get Spotify Premium and pay via their Optus account? Any solutions? I just keep getting flung (on Optus site and Spotify site) to FAQ's which have no answer.
Just a guess, have you got 'Third party content'e enabled.
You can turn it on using the my Optus app on the service tab.
Service settings>notifications and services.
