PL on my mobile

I used to able to watch the PL on my phone. Now it has a padlock by the live games. Why?

Hey @RitchieG, this would indicate your profile has switched from a premium subscription to a basic one. We will need to check your profile on our end to see what's caused this, and get it fixed.
