In June I began the process of looking to cancel my subscription from Optus sport as I wasn't using it and couldn't justify paying the $14.99 as a university student. I had interactions that would suggest that my subscription had been stopped but when I looked at my most recent bank statement it is obvious that is has not. This is very frustrating and I want a refund for the months in which I thought my account had been cancelled.
If you've kept a record of any of the interactions you've had with us, best to send through a screenshot. Otherwise, they'll run through the notes and confirm that you did request to cancel your monthly subscription.
