I'm getting the error on my phone and the screens have a lock in front of them. Why isn't this working, I am paying for Optus Sport and yes I have subscribed for an Optus sport account.

Exactly the same problem I am having. Wanted to watch last night and am very angry at being locked out after I have taken up the $18.75 monthly option after the free trial. I tried changing my password but to no avail. And the help contact numbers send you round in circles. I tried chat line with Optus but they did not reply. At the moment this is looking like a scam.

Alright I called them and they sorted it. It has to do with the account you create on the Optus Sport website. Creating a new account might fix it.
