Optus sport metering issue

Hi 

Service number : Mod - Removed

My account number is Mod - Removed.

DOB : Mod - Removed

I have experienced Optus sport has been metered which is supposed to be unmetered.

I use post paid plan with Optus Sport Option.

Could you please have a look and update me what is going on otherwise I will be charged for extra date 😭

You need to remove your personal details as its open to the entire public.

From personal experence (in watching my team Huddersfield FC continually sit at the bottom of the table) the overall data in the app will show including unmetered such as Optus Sport, Nat Geo and others depending on your plan inclusions.

 

You should be able to check the breakdown of data in the app, all Optus sport should be classed as unmetered.
