I have just changed mobile plans and have optus sports included. I clicked on the link to activate but it has expired. It has asked I ask for a password reset???

Was that done via-self serve or with some assistance from a staff member?
We may have set up your subscription at point of sale. We'd use your contact email as your Optus Sport login.
Might be worth trying the "reset password link." You'll receive password reset intrusction to the email that's been registered for Optus Sport.
