I am a current Optus user and my plan includes free Optus Sport. I have been trying to register my log in details but everytime I try to check my eligibility I keep getting this message: "We've encountered a problem, and we're working to rectify it as soon as possible. Please try again later." This has been for over 2 weeks now. How can I register my login details so I am able to view the Optus Sport app on my phone?
