Optus Sport activated with wrong email

I recently started a plan that includes free Optus Sport, however it appears to be activated for "NO_EMAIL********@OPTUS.COM.AU, instead of my actual Optus email login, and as such I cannot get Premium access.

 

Please help

Your best bet is to speak to Technical Support via Live Chat and they can remove the registration so you can start again.
