Hi, Please note that i recently installed the new Optus Sport App on an LG Tv, unfortunately each time I opened the App a Login is always needed which is very annoying.
Please note that other Apps on the same tv does not required Re Login when launch.
Please check and fix.Thanks
Bought a new LG TV that had Optus sport app already installed. Everytime I access it have to log in. Bought TV for a 90 year old relative, impossible for him to log in everytime. NOTE: LG SAY IT IS A PROBLEM WITH THE APP NOT THE TV. PLEASE FIX IT

I just bought a brand new TCL TV (55C715) pre-installed with Android v9 and Optus Sports app. I experience the same app re-login issue. What is the ETA for this issue to be fixed please? It is super annoying...

I've touched base with our Dev team and I can confirm that this is ongoing. We're in discussion with LG at this point in time and we're working together to implement a fix for all impacted customers. I'm afraid no concrete ETR at this stage.
