So I was recently subscribed to optus sport via my mobile phone plan but since its a $40 a month plan I was paying the extra 15 a month for it. I recently then subscribed to home broadband with fetch tv which includes optus sport so I have now cancelled my optus sport account with my mobile (Which isn't as straight forward as it seems). I am now trying to register my new broadband account with optus sport but it is not allowing me to as it is saying my email is still registered with optus sport. Can someone please help me with this? I specifically asked this question when I signed up and was told I would be able to use the same email to register again for optus sport.
Hey @Darnoc, get that this would be frustrating! Generally speaking it shouldn't be a problem to use the same email address, it'd just depend on what account number is linked to the profile.
