i am currently with optus. when i try to access optus perks, it says you dont have any active number on the email .. hence cannot access optus perks. can someone help me?

Most app issues can be resolved by force closing and relaunching, also check you have the latest version installed. Can you send through a screenshot of the error?
Are you able to access via the My Optus App?
