Optus Fetch TV issues


Hi there


I receive following error "Preparing system please wait..." for the past 45min and nothing happens. I have tried restarting fetch box device and my entire TV a few times and still stuck giving this error. 


I want to watch the EPL later tonight. 


Please help!!!!

Try a soft reset as these instructions:

Hey @Neil21 - I'd recommend trying a soft reset via the link @Davelew has provided above.


If you're still experiencing an issue, I'd recommend speaking with our TV & Content tech team via 1800 230 158 so they can get onto this straight away.
