Hi there Crowd do you have a solution to this problem.
Over the last 5 months or so i have been recieving paper bills for optus sport.
I have a package deal with sport included in the chanels selection.
I have been disapointed with the sport as NO NRL. or Ausie Cricket.
I have asked that optus people to stop the sport, which they have DONE as if i select a sport chanel it comes up and asks for $15 subscription and is not ticked in the list, all ok.
BUT i still getting a paper bill for sport and advance payment for next Month.
Each month i have to CHAT online to get this account for this sport credited and i ask for it to be CANCLED they say yes it has been cancled but next month bill comes again. this has been going on for approx 5 months via CHAT and attending optus stores..
can any one Help.
