@tech-junkie, thanks for letting us know. When you get a moment could you please send me a PM with your account number, full name and date of birth along with your VAST Smart Card number plus any MAC or serial numbers you have on the receiver itself? Thanks.

and now the situation goes from bad to worse,

 

I get a bill,

so I call to say, hey this service isnt active so I wont pay until it is active,

4 transfers in someone still cant do anything'

is this the best we can do Optus

the interest shown by Optus to fix is disappointing,

 

I had to create new account to even post as old account would never log me in,

Optus always busy or something....

 

Still yet to see or hear anyone with this working over VAST, not looking good for ICC

Hey tech-junkie and egg2, your cases have been escalated to our Satellite team and you will be contacted soon once a fix is in place. It is a new process for us and a lot of things need to move together to get EPL onto existing VAST installations. We appreciate your patience as we work through this.
