so I call to say, hey this service isnt active so I wont pay until it is active,
4 transfers in someone still cant do anything'

the interest shown by Optus to fix is disappointing,
I had to create new account to even post as old account would never log me in,
Optus always busy or something....
Still yet to see or hear anyone with this working over VAST, not looking good for ICC
