I had already done that but just for sanity's sake gave it another go. Same behaviour. Sees the TV, loads the splash screen, starts loading the video but before anything plays it goes back to the Optus Sport splash screen and then an error on the phone OR just indefinitely loads.

@Gen_Rare you aware of any updates coming soon to the app for Android or able to pass on a question to the right department ? Does the Android app support casting to Google Cast built in to a Smart TV ?
